Photos with a 2D floor plan cost £155. Photos, a 4K walkthrough video and a floor plan cost £200. Drone, photos, video and a floor plan cost £300.

Where do you work?

Visuals of BF covers Central Scotland, including Glasgow, Edinburgh and the Lothians, Lanarkshire, Stirling, Falkirk and surrounding areas. Work outside the standard area can be quoted before booking.

How quickly is the media delivered?

Delivery is normally within 24–48 hours after the shoot through a secure online gallery.

What affects drone work?

Drone photography and video depend on weather, airspace, location and permission checks. If a safe and lawful flight is not possible, an alternative will be agreed.

How should the property be prepared?

The property should be clean and decluttered, with working lights and open curtains or blinds. Outdoor areas should be presentable when they are part of the shoot.
