Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Property Photography Services Thank you for choosing our property photography services. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure a fair and consistent approach, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Timeframe: Clients are requested to provide a minimum notice of 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to manage our schedule efficiently and potentially offer the time slot to other clients. 2. Cancellation Fees: - Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur any cancellation fees. - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total service cost. - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or failure to provide any notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost. 3. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time, subject to availability. 4. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other force majeure event, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment without any penalty or liability. 5. Refunds: Cancellation fees are non-refundable. Please note that this cancellation policy is designed to protect the interests of our business while maintaining fairness to all clients.
